AI Agents Enhancements
- AI Agent Templates: Bizagi Studio now offers AI Agent Templates, organized into Solutions for streamlined browsing and filtering. These templates come with preset prompts and auto-filled details, simplifying customization.
- File Input for AI Agents: Users can upload files to AI Agents, enabling Bizagi’s AI to analyze content swiftly, facilitating the processing of large volumes of information, including complex data like handwritten text.
- Execution from Form Actions: AI Agents can now be executed directly from Form Actions within Bizagi Studio, integrating AI capabilities seamlessly into business processes for enhanced efficiency.
App Designer Improvements
- Color Palette: Replacing the previous Themes feature, the new Color Palette provides greater flexibility in creating, editing, and managing palettes for apps, with default options like Light, Nature, and Midnight, as well as custom palettes.
- Enhanced Commands: The introduction of Cut, Copy, Paste, and Move commands in the App Designer editor streamlines workflow, allowing for easier management and organization of app controls.
- Show/Hide Elements: This feature allows users to show or hide the new record button in collection controls and data-table controls configured with “My Stuff” as the source type, as well as common actions checkboxes in data-table controls configured with Views as the source type.
Ask Ada Advancements
- Display Entity Attributes: Master and Persona entity attributes configured in the Data Domain of the Experience Matrix now appear in a pop-up window when clicking the relevant entity in the “You can ask me about:” segment of the Ask Ada section in a published app.
Management Console Web (MCW) Updates
- Time Zone Management: A new configuration option allows setting the Business time zone and choosing the time zone for viewing dates and times, providing a more intuitive and user-friendly experience.
Studio Enhancements
- Multiple Version Support for SCS: Bizagi Studio now supports managing projects running in different Bizagi versions directly from the development environment, with easy identification of each project’s version from the Build Page and the Bizagi Studio home wizard.
- Experience Matrix Access Control: Access to the Experience Matrices can now be defined and managed for Collaboration Teams, with security configurations available at both general and individual levels, determining visibility and interactions based on assigned access types.
- Time Zone Management: Similar to the MCW update, Bizagi Studio now allows selection of the time zone for viewing dates and times, enhancing user experience.
Additional Improvements
- AI Agents Support for GPT-4o: AI Agents now support GPT-4o, enhancing response accuracy and speed while maintaining compatibility with GPT-3.5, leading to improved user experience and more efficient decision-making.
- Merged Actions Support in Apps: The Merged Actions feature, previously known as Batch Actions, allows execution of a group of actions in a single process, extending this capability to the Experience Matrix.
- Ask Ada Enhancements: Improvements include the introduction of new chart types, support for comparative charts, automatic example generation to facilitate usage, and mechanisms to address ambiguities, resulting in more precise and accurate queries.
